Follow the bar with your breathing.  Notice ALL your physical sensations.  Breathing in this way produces a higher level of "life current" in the body.

Once installed, Smoooth displays a soft, slow moving object at the bottom of your screen.  Adjust its appearance to make it blend with your desktop environment.

Adjust its rate of motion to represent a comfortable inhale and exhale.  Then use Smoooth for recovery when stress causes your breathing to become tight and constricted.

Deep breathing helps to reduce tension at the computer and boosts overall health.
